NEW YORK (AP) Comments on the Kansas City Chiefs by the AP Pro32 panel (ranking in parentheses):

---

KANSAS CITY CHIEFS (31)

Chris Berman (ESPN, 30) - Going in wrong direction.

Clifton Brown (Sporting News, 29) - They changed quarterbacks, but so what? Brady Quinn is not the answer.

Cris Collinsworth (NBC Sports, 30)

Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 31) - Really surprised to see this team struggle so badly ... expected better out of this group.

Bob Glauber (Newsday, 32) - Another blowout loss and the heat continues to build on the Scott Pioli-Romeo Crennel partnership.

Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 31) - The Chiefs lead the NFL with 21 turnovers, an average of almost four per game. You can't win in the NFL when you are continually beating yourself.

Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 32) - Romeo, Romeo, where aren't thou? At the bottom of the heap, that's where.

Ira Kaufman (Tampa Tribune, 31) - Two more giveaways for the NFL's turnover masters as Romeo Crennel stews on the sidelines.

Pat Kirwan (SiriusXM NFL Radio/CBSSports.com, 31) - Twenty-one giveaways by the offense in six games is the worst in the NFL. Maybe there are some fans that dislike Matt Cassel that can't wait to see him back on the field.

John Lynch (Fox Sports, 32) - This team is playing some bad football right now.

Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com, 32) - The Chiefs haven't led in regulation at any point through six games.

Dan Pompei (Chicago Tribune, 31) - The offense wasn't any better with Brady Quinn under center than it was with Matt Cassel.
