NEW SCHEDULE TOPROVIDE TWO HOURS OF LIVE POSTGAME PROGRAMMINGBethesda, Md. (Aug. 26,2011) Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic, the regions leading source formultiplatform sports coverage, has announced its new weekday program lineup,which will take effect on Tuesday, Sept. 6. As part of the updated dailyschedule, Washington Post Live withIvan Carter will air live each weekday at 10:30 p.m., giving the network twohours of live programming following Capitals and Wizards games. The newlate-night live version of Washington PostLive, which currently airs live at 5 p.m. with encores at 10:30 p.m., willallow Carter to incorporate relevant postgame topics and interviews, as well asup-to-date news and information, into the shows fast-paced format. The showwill continue to feature debates and commentary from Carter and his daily guestlist of analysts, reporters and athletes. The program will encore nightly at12:30 a.m., as well as multiple times in the mornings.ComcastSportsNets daily Baltimore Ravens shows will premiere each weekday at 5 p.m.,with encores at 12 a.m., throughout the regular season and playoffs. Returningto the network this year are 1 Winning Drive (Monday),Game Plan (Wednesday), Ravens Report (Thursday) and Purple Passion (Friday), with a new interview show, Ravens One on One(Tuesday), making its debut this season. Redskins Nation will remain at 5:30p.m. and 11:30 p.m. each weekday.ComcastSportsNets comprehensive daily news program, SportsNet Central, will continueto air live four times daily at 6 p.m., 10 p.m., 11 p.m. and 1 a.m., with multiplere-airs each morning. On Capitals and Wizards game nights, the network willagain present half-hour pregame and postgame shows surrounding the live-gamecoverage as Central and Postgame Live.
