SALT LAKE CITY (AP) J.T. Terrell scored 14 points and Southern California defeated Utah 76-59 on Saturday to snap a string of 14 straight road losses.

Dewayne Dedmon had 13 points, 13 rebounds and five blocks for the Trojans (7-10, 2-2), while Jio Fontan and Byron Wesley scored 13 points each.

The Utes (8-8, 0-4) were within 50-42 on Jarred DuBois' 3-pointer with 10:26 remaining. USC went on a 7-0 run, led by Dedmon's put-back dunk off a missed free throw.

Terrell's steal and fast-break layup, then two free throws by Terrell after a technical foul on the Utah bench, gave USC a 57-42 lead.

Utah got back within 10 on Jordan Loveridge's 3-pointer with 5:13 left but could not pull any closer as the Utes shot just shot 37.5 percent overall, including 4 of 15 from 3-point range.
