EUGENE, Ore. (AP) Oregon has lifted the suspension for senior defensive tackle Isaac Remington.
The decision came after The Register-Guard newspaper reported that Eugene prosecutors had decided not to pursue a driving under the influence charge against Remington.
Remington was pulled over on Oct. 12 and cited for DUI. Oregon coach Chip Kelly suspended him indefinitely, ``pending clarification of the incident.''
Remington missed the second-ranked Ducks' victory over Arizona State last Thursday night. Oregon hosts Colorado this Saturday.
He has 12 tackles in six games this season.
