Despite several inches of snow on the ground today in the Washington region and a winter that just won't seem to end, the Nationals begin their season in just a week. It may be a little disconcerting to think about a sunny day at Nats Park right now, but a tweet last night from Bryce Harper may help. The N.L. Rookie of the Year revealed his walk-up songs for Opening Day.
Included in his choices are two new songs, plus one he used for much of last season.
The familiar one is Moby's 'Bring Sally up' which Harper also used last season. He had a pretty good year so why switch it up?
Last season Harper made news with his walk-up songs at least twice, once because he used a Justin Bieber song and second because rock star George Thorogood came to visit him in the clubhouse. Harper used Thorogood's 'Bad to the Bone' for much of last year.
Maybe this year Moby will stop by.
