Bradley Beal gave his sore left ankle a test Saturday, but he’ll miss his third consecutive game for the Wizards.

Beal had missed two games –- both losses –- since going down with a sprained ankle six days ago.

But the Wizards will switch to Garrett Temple starting in his place after using Trevor Ariza.

Ariza is out of rhythm. He shot 2-for-9 in Friday’s 95-78 loss at the Brooklyn Nets. He scored 16 points in an 87-82 loss at the Minnesota Timberwolves but went scoreless in the second half.

Earlier in the season when Beal was out with a sprained right wrist, Temple started in his place. Even though he averages just 3.5 points per game, the Wizards have better chemistry with him in the starting lineup.
