Rookie Bradley Beal has won the job at shooting guard for now and he will start tonight against the Cavaliers in the Wizards season opener at Cleveland. Beal, who averaged 11 points in eight pre-season games, beat out third-year pro Jordan Crawford for the two-guard spot. Crawford, who averaged 16 points a game as a starter last season, will come off the bench to provide a spark.

Wizards coach Randy Wittman also announced at this morning's shoot around that A.J. Price will start at point guard along with veterans Trevor Booker and Trevor Ariza at the forward spots and Emeka Okafor at center.

Wizards projected starters, guard John Wall and center Nene, remain out with injuries.
