Juwan Howard on video rapping.

Now that I have your attention, the details.

Howard, Carlos Boozer, Shawn Marion and other NBA players have tracks on the rap album, “Full Court Press Vol. 1" which will be released in the fall. Others NBAers on the album include Glen Davis, Stephen Jackson and Lou Williams.

Apparently the album was to be released in 2013, but obviously that didn't happen. That explains why Boozer, who signed with the Los Angeles Lakers this summer after being amnestied by Chicago, is listed as a member of the Bulls.

As for the lyrics, ProBasketballTalk.com's Dan Feldman played the role of transcriber for the clip involving the 41-year-old Howard.

Rhyming five with five, sure, why not. You go, Juwan.

Of course, when it comes to Juwan Howard and rapping, nothing will top the "You da Ma" video from the Washington Bullets era, lip-synching and all.
