What was a rumor earlier this week about ex-Wizard Andray Blatche hooking up withthe Netsnow appears to be almost, maybe a fact.Multiple outlets have reported the 6-foot-11 forward and Brooklyn have agreed to a one-year, non-guaranteed deal for the league minimum. That means the Nets, a team seeking frontcourt depth behind starters Brook Lopez and Kris Humphries, could cut ties with the offensively talented, but baggage-laden Blatche during training camp without muss or fuss. However, Michael Lee with the Washington Post is reporting the I's have not been dotted, the T's not crossed as Blatche continues pondering an offer from Miami. The amnestied Blatche has been spending the summer in Houston, the same city where Nets coach Avery Johnson lives during the summer. The two were expected to meet over the Labor Day weekend. For those locals looking to get there "boo" on, the Heat play at the Verizon Center on Dec. 4 while the Nets do not make their first DC visit until Jan. 4.
