Washington Wizards head coach Randy Wittman talks with forward/center Kevin Seraphin (13) during the third quarter against the Boston Celtics at TD Banknorth Garden.

Kevin Seraphin practiced for the first time in about three weeks Tuesday, and could be in the court for Wednesday's game vs. the Charlotte Bobcats at Verizon Center.

Seraphin, a backup center to Marcin Gortat, has had issues with swelling in his right knee for most of the season. He last played Feb. 23.

How Seraphin's knee responds after the hard practice will determine if he can go. He went through full contact.

With Bobcats center Al Jefferson on fire, the Wizards (33-30) can use the extra big body.
