Forget about the next presidential candidate coming from the NBA.

In honor of Election Day, a handful of Wizards were asked which NBA player would make the best President of the United States.

“Probably nobody,” Trevor Booker said with a straight face.

“There are a lot of good leaders but I don’t know how much they now about foreign policy,” Wizards rookie Bradley Beal added. “I guess Derek Fisher, since he’s the president of the [players’] union.”

Actually, Fisher also received a vote from Kevin Seraphin, who had to think long and hard before coming up with a candidate.

As for who would make the best U.S. president on the Wizards, Beal cast a vote for Emeka Okafor.

“He talks like a president,” Beal said. “He’s a great speaker, so he’d probably be the president of this team.”
