With the U.S Men's National team convening for their annual January camp beginning on January 6th, head coach Jurgen Klinsmann announced his 26-man team -- which included two members of D.C. United.

GK Bill Hamid (1 cap) and FWD Eddie Johnson (61 caps, 19 goals) were announced to the team that will take on Korea Republic on February 1st.

A regular like Johnson would not normally see an invite to the January camp, generally known as a developmental camp, but will be in camp due to Klinsmann's expectation that all potential World Cup players in MLS be playing during the winter (either in this camp or overseas on loan) break.

Hamid is a long-shot to make the World Cup roster this summer, but was invited for his long-term potential in goal behind regulars like Tim Howard (Everton) and Brad Guzan (Aston Villa).
