D.C. United waive midfielder Marcos Sánchez after signing him on February 26th on loan from Tauro FC (Panama). The Panamanian native started in six of the nine games he played in and did not score during his time with the club.
“We would like to thank Marcos for his time and efforts here with United,” said D.C. United General Manager Dave Kasper. “We wish him the best of luck in the future.”
United is struggling as they are 1-2-9 and have only scored 5 goals this season. Their next match is against the Chicago Fire on June 2nd.
