For a Maryland football team that needs a spark, unveiling new "Black Ops" uniforms could give the team the boost it needs.

The all-black helmets and uniforms will be on display as the Terps take on 10th ranked Florida State this Saturday at noon in College Park, Md. Fans are encouraged to wear black and participate in the "blackout" though Vegas experts expect the game to be a blowout.

Florida State comes into the game winners of there last four games and owning a 9-1 record on the season. The Seminoles are favored to beat the Terps by 31 points.

Luck has not been on Maryland's side this season, as Maryland has lost the top four quarterbacks on its depth chart. After a surprising and encouraging 4-2 start to the season, the Terps have dropped four straight and limp into the game with a 4-6 record.

Maybe the new uniforms will change the Terps losing streak.
