MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. Redskins safety O.J. Atogwe will be active today against Miami after missing two of the last three games.

Atogwe did not practice Wednesday or Thursday and did limited work Friday.

The Dolphins pregame notes, though, have Reed Doughty starting ahead of Atogwe.

A knee problem kept Atogwe out of the Carolina game and when he gave it a shot against Buffalo a week later, the knee didnt respond and he also injured his toe.

Right tackle Jammal Brown (groin) will not play. Sean Locklear will start in his place.

The other inactives for the Redskins are: cornerback Domonique Johnson, running back Tashard Choice, linebacker Keyaron Fox, offensive tackle Willie Smith and receivers Niles Paul and Santana Moss.

Linebacker Markus White will be active for the first time this season. Newcomers Kentwan Balmer and Tyler Polumbus are active after being signed Tuesday.

Inside linebacker Perry Riley will get his first NFL start in place of Rocky McIntosh. Receiver Leonard Hankerson will again start ahead of Anthony Armstrong.

Safety Kareem Moore was not elevated to the 53-man roster the Redskins have until Wednesday to decide whether he is on the roster, injured reserve or cut.
