Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has played 157 regular season games, but Sunday will be only his second time to play at the Redskins. The first game didnt go so well, but the next year-plus certainly did.In the 2003 match-up, the Redskins won 20-17 even though New England outgained them 387-253 and was much better on third down (7-of-15 vs. 3-of-11).Down 20-3, the Patriots scored two touchdowns but turned it over on downs with 27 seconds remaining when Brady threw incomplete on fourth down from the Redskins 38-yard line.No Redskins player remains on the current active roster from that game and three Patriots: Brady, Kevin Faulk and Matt Light. We didnt play well enough to win, its as simple as that, Patriots coach Bill Belichick recalled. It was a long time ago I dont think that game is a big factor in whats going to happen this weekend.Belichick is right. In his head coaching career, Belichick is 1-2 against the Redskins.
