The Caps will be looking to break their first three-game losing streak of the season Saturday night in Toronto when they take on a team they have fared well against recently.

The Caps are 4-0-1 in their last five games against Toronto and are 2-0-0 in their last two trips to Air Canada Centre. Three of those five games have gone to a shootout with Washington winning twice.

In the last meeting between the two clubs on April 5, Alex Ovechkin scored his 300th career NHL goal to become the sixth-youngest player to reach 300 goals (25 years, 200 days) and the seventh-quickest player to reach 300 goals in terms of games played (473).

Ovechkin has struggled offensively lately. He now has one goal, no assists and is a minus-4 in his last five games.
