The Redskins are dealing with injuries both major and minor as they prepare to face the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.Out of practice on Wednesday were Trent Williams (ankle), DeAngelo Hall (hip), Rex Grossman (illness) and London Fletcher (hamstring).Grossman was released from the hospital today after being in since returning from Carolina, where he came down with pneumonia. Mike Shanahan said the team would monitor Grossmans status during the week and he added that the doctor was very optimistic about Grossman being able to play.Fletcher has not missed a game since he came into the league in 1998 so any time he misses a practice there is cause for concern. Were taking an aggressive approach as far as the treatment and well see what happens, Fletcher said. The thing is, its all about whats best for the team. If I can go, I will. Its a long way between now and Sunday. Ill just continue to try and get it better and see how I feel.He missed the last quarter of the Carolina game with the injury.Shanahan said that safety Kareem Moore, who has been on the physically unable to perform list all year, practiced for the first time today. Mike Shanahan said that they had 21 days to activate him; otherwise he will go on season-ending injured reserve.Oshiomogho Atogwe, who missed the Carolina game with a knee injury, was limited in practice today as were Phillip Buchanon (neckknee), Reed Doughty (chest), Donte Stallworth, Byron Westbrook, and Josh Wilson (all hamstrings). For the Bills, tackles Demetrius Bell (shoulder) and Chris Hairston (ankle), wide receiver Donald Jones (ankle), cornerback Aaron Williams (chest) and defensive tackle Kyle Williams (foot) all were out of practice on Wednesday.
