1. After the game, Niles Paul had a boot on his left foot due to a toe injury. He said that he pushed off of it during a return and he felt it pop. The rookie receiver said that the boot was just a precaution and that he should be able to go next week. Mike Shanahan, however, said that Pauls turf toe will cost him a couple of weeks.2. The next season, running back Kelvin Bryant tied the mark against the Giants. In 1990, Monk again caught 13 passes in gam against the Lions.4. The other two took place in 2000 and 1961.5. Jammal Browns injury that cost him most of the game after the first quarter was to his groin, not his hip. Rarely can a groin injury be called positive news but it is good that he does not have further problems with the hip, which was an issue last year.6.
