SEATTLE Receiver Santana Moss will return today for the Redskins against Seattle after missing the last four games with a broken hand.
Moss was a full participant in practice Wednesday-Friday.
The inactive players are cornerback D.J. Johnson, linebacker Markus White, offensive tackle Willie Smith, guardtackle Tyler Polumbus, defensive end Kentwan Balmer and receivers Niles Paul and David Anderson.
Only Paul (toe) is injured he will miss his third straight game.
Running back Evan Royster, promoted from the practice squad on Tuesday, will be making his NFL regular season debut.
Anderson was scratched because of Moss return and Polumbus is inactive after starting at left guard last week. Rookie Maurice Hurt (knee) is active after last weeks loss to Dallas.
Receiver Donte Stallworth is in uniform after being listed as questionable with a back injury on Friday.
