Redskins linebacker Brian Orakpo said that his exclusionfrom a websites list of top pass rushers made him a little salty and spurredhim to post a pointed response on Twitter.Speaking with Ivan Carter today on Washington Post Live onComcast SportsNet, Orakpo said I normally dont pay attention to that stuffbut it made me a little salty.All the work I put in to be disrespected like that, thatssomething I wasnt appreciative of. I responded in the tweet world.Did he ever. His responseon Twitter contained a four-letter expletive that left no doubt about howhe felt.In his tweet he pledged to kill the league next year. IfOrakpo is going to do that the NFL will have to end its lockout. Orakpo iswilling to let the process play out.Its all out of my hands right now, he said. NFLPApresident DeMaurice Smith and company are doing a great job of representing usand Im going to let them continue doing what theyre doing until they get acompromise with the owners and we can get going and get back to what we love todo.He wanted to make sure that Redskins fans were remainingpatient along with him. The fans out there have got to know we want to playfootball, Orakpo said. We love you guys, thank you for supporting us thewhole time. Its a long and draining process but hopefully well get somethingdone.Orakpo was on the show promoting his involvement in theLeukemia Golf Classic, which will take place on Monday, May 9 at Trump NationalGolf Course.
