A hamstring injury will keep Redskins receiver Anthony Armstrong out for a second consecutive game.

Armstrong, who was limited in practice all week, was injured in Week 3 against Dallas and missed the St. Louis game.

Also inactive for the Redskins are cornerback Phillip Buchanon, fullback Mike Sellers, defensive lineman Darrion Scott, linebacker Markus White, offensive tackle Willie Smith and receiver Leonard Hankerson.

As expected, running back Tim Hightower, tight end Chris Cooley and cornerback DeAngelo Hall are active despite being listed as questionable on Friday.

The only mild surprise is Sellers, who was active the last three games.

Buchanon wasnt expected to play as the fifth cornerback after serving his four-game suspension.

For the Eagles, right tackle Todd Herremans is moving to left tackle with Jason Peters and King Dunlap out. Winston Justice will start at right tackle.
