For only the second time this season, the Redskins are favored to win an NFL game. The oddsmakers have installed the 5-9 Redskins as 6.5-point favorites over the 2-12 Minnesota Vikings. If the Redskins do prevail as favorites, they will have their third home win of the season, surpassing last years total of two. Washington won its first two home games, against the Giants and Cardinals. In the five home games since then the home crowd has gone home from FedEx Field unhappy.A win would also ensure that the Redskins will at least match last years win total of six. They will have a chance to better their 2010 record if they beat Minnesota and then win in Philadelphia on New Years Day.Here are the lines and results for the Redskins' first seven home games:Giants (minus 3) at Redskins: Redskins 28-14Cardinals (plus 4.5) at Redskins: Redskins 22-21Eagles (minus 3) at Redskins: Eagles 20-1349ers (minus 5) at Redskins: 49ers 19-11Cowboys (minus 7) at Redskins: Cowboys 27-24Jets (minus 3) at Redskins: Jets 34-19Patriots (minus 7.5) at Redskins: Patriots 34-27
