Hey, Ive only written about Peyton Manning once today, so lets hit on a couple of other items:--According to Bob Kravitz of the Indianapolis Star, Manning is not throwing like an NFL quarterback. And nobody really knows when he will be able to do that. So that means that while he could be released sometime in the next couple of weeks he might have to sit on the shelf for a while before the Redskins or any NFL team signs him to a contract. Although it has been reported that Manning will sign a incentive-laden deal with no guaranteed money, teams generally wont want to put their quarterback eggs in the Manning basket without knowing if his arm will regain strength in time for him to play in 2012. Any team he plays with will have to substantially revamp its offense to suit his strengths and the more time he misses in an offseason program the more difficult it will be for him to accomplish.--There was a stir when it was reported that the Cardinals had hired Frank Reich, who was Mannings quarterbacks coach with the Colts from 2009-2010. Arizona is one of the teams who might have an eye on Manning if he is released and a lot of people were thinking that Manning might like to return to . As it turns out, however, Reich will coach the Cards wide receivers. That figures to be of very limited interest to Manning.
