During the course of the year, 11 of the Redskins 12 draft picks from 2011 were on the active roster. Here we take a look at each of them, how much they played, what they accomplished and what their future prospects are.See the links below for the previous rookie reviews. Today, its wide receiver Aldrick RobinsonAldrick Robinson
Drafted in 6th round, 178 overall
On roster one game, did not play2011: Other than Jarvis Jenkins, who spent the season on injured reserve, no rookie saw less action than Robinson, who was only on the roster for one game and was inactive. He was drafted out of SMU after he ran 4.35 in the forty at the NFL Combine. We never really saw that speed during training camp, an indication that he was unsure of what he was doing. It was no surprise that he was released at the end of training camp and then added to the practice squad.Prospects: Robinson could be a wild card in the Redskins picture at wide receiver. At the end of the year, the teams most productive receivers, Santana Moss, Jabar Gaffney, and Donte Stallworth, were on the wrong side of 30. The team certainly will be looking for someone, anyone, who is younger and can be productive. Robinson certainly will get a long look during OTAs and in training camp.Previous rookie reviewsG Maurice HurtLB Markus WhiteNT Chris NeildCB Brandyn Thompson
