D.C. United

Loyal supporters who stayed with United through a three-win campaign in 2013 just witnessed United defeat the Fire 2-1 and finish first in the Eastern Conference for the first time since 2007.
United closes out its home schedule against the Chicago Fire on Saturday and the goal will be to avoid injury and at least get a tie.
The Black and Red had never won there in 12 previous trips in all competitions. For United to get a win it was never going to be easy and it wasn’t.
