Potomac River water will be in the low 70s. The water is as clear as it is going to be for a while. Tides are falling all morning with lows around midday by the end of the week. NBC Ch. 4 meteorologist "Weather Kim" Martucci says, "A cooling off period with showers likely every day this week. Temperatures will be in the upper 60s to mid 70s!"
