In some areas, milfoil grass is beginning to die back, but hydrilla mats still prevent fish from seeing lures! At higher tides, make long casts over clear water.

Fishing remains challenging. Morning high tides will allow for a variety of search baits.
An early morning low tide could neutralize the thick hydrilla disadvantage, forcing fish out to less grassy edges. Get out early and find areas with grass close to deeper edges.
Things are tough all over, but fish are still being caught. Fishing the moment and making adjustments will put bass in the boat.
