Chicago Bears tight end Martellus Bennett appears to have a problem with Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III. Or Facebook. Or maybe both.

Last week RG3 responded to a fan's question on Facebook and proceeded to defend his appearance, his actions and his commercial career. Like most things Griffin does, the Facebook post gained a lot of attention, including Bennett's. The Bears player then took to Twitter to belittle Griffin's statement, and in a weird turn, make fun of his choice of social networks.

Later Bennett had some choice words believed to be aimed at former Redskins linebacker LaVar Arrington.

Bennett's rant seemed bizarre above anything else, and perhaps that was the point, as he hinted that the whole episode was a "social experiment."
