Alfred Morris and Kai Forbath returned to practice on Monday, the Redskins’ first day back from the bye.
Morris, who left last week’s victory in Oakland with a rib injury, told ESPN980’s Chris Russell that he was “full go” in practice and all but guaranteed that he would be ready to play Sunday night in Dallas.
Morris did not speak at his locker but is scheduled to address reporters Wednesday, according to a team spokesman. The team is off Tuesday.
Forbath, who has been battling a strained groin muscle, said he expects to return from a three-game layoff against the Cowboys.
The second-year kicker attempted 15-20 kicks in practice and did not experience any discomfort.
“I felt good,” Forbath said. “I didn’t hit too many [balls] today. But it will be a normal week of practice. …It already feels great to be back out there, even practice.”
Tight ends Jordan Reed and Logan Paulsen are also hopeful of playing in Dallas. For more on them, click here.
