Shanahan on RGIII play making: "You need reps."

The last play of the game is most memorable, but Robert Griffin III made a number of questionable throws in the loss to the Eagles. Notably Griffin missed Griffin missed tight end Logan Paulsen for a big gain on the first drive of the game, and had other throws throughout the game that sailed on receivers.

Griffin's stat line from the Eagles game shows that the QB missed plenty of throws. He finished 17 for 35 for 264 yards with two touchdowns and the interception that sealed the Redskins loss.

So on a day RG3 completed less than 50 percent of his passes, is this cause for concern? On the season Griffin is completing about 60 percent of his throws, down from 65 percent last season. Has something changed in Griffin's mechanics? Maybe dropped passes from receivers are partly to blame?

Regardless of what's at fault, Griffin has to improve his accuracy to give the Skins their best chance to win. Let us know what you think in the comments.
