There are reports that the Redskins are in talks with Tim Hightower, the team's running back in 2011 until he had a season-ending ACL injury. But if you look at the picture right here, you can see that the Redskins already have a crowded backfield situation behind Alfred Morris.
Would the added competition from bringing in Hightower be a good thing? Or are they at the point where another body at the position would just gum up the works, limiting practice reps and preseason game carries to the point where the competition is not fair?
