Your Monday morning open thread:

What's wrong with the Redskins?

What can they realistically do right now to fix it?

I don't think you need a whole lot of guidance or suggestions for the first question since it, as they say, is a target-rich environment.

But the second question, the what to do about it part, is harder to answer. The easy answer is to cut or bench players, fire a coach or two, change the play calling or make other drastic changes. The other approach is to stay the course, the same course that led to a 10-6 record and a division title in 2012.

The quarterback decision is on another level, of course. Do you let Robert Griffin III continue to struggle in the first half and try to develop as a pocket passer? Or do you let him work out his issues on the practice field and put Kirk Cousins into the game?

Which way do you go?
