The Redskins have signed another weapon for Robert Griffin III.
In a deal that has been anticipated since it was reported that the teams had agreed this morning, wide receiver Andre Roberts made it official, signing a reported four-year deal worth $16 million.

When Roberts started 15 games in 2012 he dealt with Arizona’s awful quartet of QB’s and still caught 64 passes for 759 yards and five touchdowns. Last year he dropped down to the No. 3 wide receiver with the emergence of Michael Floyd as their starter opposite Larry Fitzgerald and his production dropped as well.
This morning it was expected that Roberts would slide into Santana Moss’ role as the slot receiver but this afternoon we got word that Moss will be back as well. So we will see how the roles shake out.
