The Redskins re-signed cornerback E.J. Biggers on Thursday morning in a move that adds depth and versatility to the secondary.
Biggers confirmed the one-year deal via text to CSNWashington.com.
The 26-year-old played both cornerback and safety last season, recording 35 tackles and an interception. He also defended two passes and made three tackles on special teams.
Biggers could be the Redskins’ No. 4 cornerback behind DeAngelo Hall, David Amerson and Tracy Porter.
