As the Redskins coaching search continues the team brought in Ravens offensive coordinator Jim Caldwell for an interview on Sunday.

Caldwell served as the head coach of the Indianapolis Colts for three seasons, going 26-22. In his first season with the Colts, Caldwell guided the team to the Super Bowl but Indy fell short against the New Orleans Saints. His second year went well, the team went 10-6, but in his third season then Colts quarterback Peyton Manning was lost for the year with an injury and the Colts bottomed out to 2-14.

After the 2-14 season, the Colts fired Caldwell. He resurfaced with the Baltimore Ravens where he won a Super Bowl as offensive coordinator.
