Tight end Jordan Reed returned to practice in a limited capacity on Wednesday and is on track to play Sunday against the Giants, Coach Mike Shanahan said.

Reed, the team’s No. 2 receiver behind Pierre Garçon, suffered a concussion against the Eagles and was sidelined against the 49ers.

“He’ll get evaluated every day, and if there are no setbacks, he should be okay,” Shanahan said.

Tight end Niles Paul (ill) and fullback Darrel Young did not practice. Paul also suffered a rib injury against the 49ers. Young, meantime, did not play against San Francisco.
