The Redskins' 2012 schedule features a Thanksgiving game in Dallas and a Monday night date at home with the Giants on Dec. 3.

In the NFL schedules announced today, the Redskins open the season on Sept. 9 at New Orleans, which will be without its suspended head coach, Sean Payton. The next week, they play at St. Louis, with whom the Redskins traded to move up to the No. 2 overall pick in this month's draft.

The home opener is Sept. 23 against Cincinnati. The Redskins then complete a run of three road games in the first four weeks to start the season with a trip to Tampa Bay on Sept. 30.

The Redskins' bye week doesn't come until Nov. 11. They finish the season with two NFC East rivals, the Eagles and Giants.
