The Redskins have now signed all of this years draft picks.

Hours after quarterback Robert Griffin III inked his rookie deal, the team welcomed offensive lineman Josh LeRibeus into the fold Wednesday, according to the teams website and his agent, Jordan Woy.

Both Griffin and LeRibeus, a 6 foot 2, 312-pound guard from SMU, will join the other rookies Thursday at Redskins Park for the fourth day of rookie camp.

LeRibeus, the 71st overall pick in April, signed a four-year deal. Details of his contract were not immediately available.

The hold up for LeRibeus were the deals signed by third-rounders last year. The primary factor determining how much a draftee will earn is how much players drafted in, and immediately around, his draft slot collected the year before. A player should make a little more than the player drafted in the same slot the previous year; he should also get paid slightly less than the player drafted immediately front of him and a bit more than the guy taken right after he was.

That was not the case in 2011 when agents were in a rush to get players signed and in training camp before the ink on a new CBA had dried. That, in turn, caused problems when slotting this years third-rounders.
