Alfred Morris still a solid fantasy starter this week
When it comes to fantasy football playoffs, you don't have much room for error. Because of that, Alfred Morris' game last week understandably has owners worried.
Morris was held by the New York Giants to just 26 yards on 11 carries, the fewest yards of his career. While it is hard to see any team being able to hold him to so few yards again, the number of carries he will receive remains a concern. Morris has had 15 or fewer carries in five games this season.
He can't wrack up the fantasy points if he isn't carrying the rock.
Even against a staunch Kansas City defense, however, there are plenty of reasons to trust in Morris. Despite last week's performance, Morris is still 5th in the NFL with 83.0 yards per game. With a grind it out team like the Chiefs, the running game is likely to play a key role and Morris should get plenty of carries. Look for him to bounce back this week in a big way.
