The Capitals released their training camp roster and schedule on Tuesday, one day before players are to report for physicals.

As of Tuesday, two players had not yet arrived from overseas – left wing Marcus Johansson from Sweden and center Mikhail Grabovski from Belarus.

Johansson, who recently agreed to a two-year, $4 million contract, is expected to be at Kettler Capitals Iceplex for Wednesday’s physicals. However, a team spokesman said immigration issues could prevent Grabovski, who signed a one-year, $3 million contract on Aug. 23, from attending training camp until later in the week.

This year’s roster will be broken into the three teams listed below.

In all likelihood, Alex Ovechkin and the rest of Team A will play in the preseason opener against the Winnipeg Jets in Bellville, Ontario on Saturday night, and against the Boston Bruins at 1st Mariner Arena in Baltimore on Tuesday night.

That means Joel Ward and the rest of Team B is likely to face off against the Flyers in Philadelphia on Monday night.

As always, all Caps practices are free and open to the public.
