Mikhail Grabovski’s visa issues have been cleared and the 29-year-old center will report to Kettler Capitals Iceplex for practice on Tuesday morning, a team spokesman said Monday night.

Signed to a one-year, $3 million contract on Aug. 23, Grabovski had been stuck in Toronto with visa difficulties since last week.

Grabbovski skated with the Caps in Belleville, Ontario on Saturday morning, prior to the Caps’ 4-3 shootout win over the Winnipeg Jets in their preseason opener.

The Caps are back in action tonight in Philadelphia, where they’ll face a Flyers team that split itself into two squads – one playing in Toronto against the Maple Leafs and another playing against the Caps in Philly.

Here’s the anticipated lineup for the Caps:

Jason Chimera-Eric Fehr-Joel Ward
Martin Erat-Mathieu Perreault-Garrett Mitchell
Andre Burakovsky-Jeff Taffe-Brandon Segal
Ryan Stoa-Michael Latta-Joel Rechlicz

Defense pairings
