Verizon Center and Metro have announced that the Metrorail will provide an extra hour of service from Gallery Place and Judiciary Square stations on Thursday night, March 28, following the NCAA East Regional games.

Entrances at all other Metro stations will close at their regularly scheduled times. However, riders can exit all stations during the addition hour of service.

Customers have been asked to enter the system no later than 12:50 a.m. to guarantee that they make the final trains.

Games tip off at Verizon at 7:15 p.m. when the Miami Hurricanes face the Marquette Golden Eagles. The late game between Syracuse and Indiana is scheduled to begin at approximately 9:45 p.m., but won't tip off until about 35 minutes after the early game concludes.
