One has a Super Bowl ring, the other an impressive comeback playoff win. When it comes to the 2012 quarterback draft class, Andrew Luck and Russell Wilson currently rank among the top. But what about Robert Griffin III? Where does he belong in the conversation?
Drafted No. 1 overall, Luck has a cannon arm and a strong command on the Indianapolis offense. Wilson, taken in the third round, leads the talented Seattle roster without being asked to do too much. As a rookie, griffin looked every bit as impressive as Luck or Wilson. In his second season, dealing with the lingering effects of a knee injury, RG3 struggled with accuracy and turnovers.
It's become vogue in NFL circles to rank both Wilson and Luck among the best QBs in the league, and Griffin has become a bit of an afterthought. Are people sleeping on RG3? Griffin has looked explosive in spurts at Redskins Park, and the Washington offense has lots of firepower.
