CS in Washington dot com. Talking about the bullpen you know jordans -- rent is only gonna go six innings and got a hand the ball. -- somebody. Is this a real concern because we thought it was going to be a strength coming into the season their bullpen that's -- -- a lot of depth there. And there wasn't you know again it's only three games in one drug too many conclusions and Sean Burnett pitched really well so far good -- and give up a home run and one out and it was good in the other. Tyler clippers' pitch out a couple of -- so far so those three or the Big Three here I think going to be fine. The key is how do you get the ball to them. And this is where -- starter isn't going seven innings you need those guys little guys as to bridge the gap between. And especially if Burnett is going to be using closing situation at least similar to a closer situation. Now you need Doug slate your other left -- -- -- come in in the sixth inning in the seventh inning and get left handed hitters out that's what he's on this team. So far is not that he's made three appearances and only got one batter out. That's they're gonna need something better than that the problem is they don't have any other alternative no other lefty really waiting in the system relief pitcher called up. That's something they got to watch closely if the knock at the starters go deeper. They need those middle relievers bridged that gap and get Clifford and stories and. About alternatives. Is there anyone you know lefty or -- this may -- unfortunate as we saw Brian Broderick. The other day common and he was kind of a surprise in spring training. But just a terrible and his first in the B game as anyone and they knew we can expect of at least potentially. Bolster the bullpen. Yes I think the inching when there's Todd Coffey who was signed as a veteran you know -- -- gonna get he's a guy who's supposed to be like sixth inning seventh inning guy he's a righthander. So maybe not -- much against lefties. Broderick was clearly yours extra -- it is it was painful to watch unfortunately. But if he should be fine get that one out of the way Scott pitched really well this spring he's never been -- -- -- you don't know exactly how that's all that work out. The other one is Chad Gaudin who is sort of the long man. But at the same time. Has been used so far kind of a sixth inning and he did not do well either yesterday it was a weird situation got thrown into after Broderick. Beat around so they do need somebody from Negroponte every year it's always somebody last year nobody knew who Joe pearl. Came up. Middle of the season one of being really effective if I had watched for those currently triple a's column ouster. Who got sent down. And basically just because he had minor league options in the they needed to keep other guys not lose them -- and -- it really good spring -- good September. That's -- -- I think Agassi here before long and could be one of those guys at Oxford. Well you said earlier it's only three games that still. 159 to go -- next -- is the Florida Marlins can give muscle over the scouting report on them but the nationals have been terrible since the Florida parlance of the last few years it's been their worst opponent for whatever reason they just have not matched up well. If they are really gonna take a step up this year and approach 500 get out of the basement in at least. That's a guy that's a team they have to beat play at least consistently well against so they've got good pitching. The lineup is down a little bit now that they lost and Uggla and they get cute and Mike Stanton in right field who's going to be big time power prospect. Bullpen is okay so I think. Nationals please don't this series you have Jason Marquis who had very good spring and -- the interest he would he does and then it combat your top two guys. Lead on Atlanta because they're gonna stick Gorzelanny until they reunion the week so that maybe -- -- -- management I don't think they face. Josh Johnson aces -- and it's yours so maybe capital's first couple games. Give -- a little better feeling. And you're not you know going -- that final game -- we have to win one of these games as they need do well mark. You'll see it should be another good test another division foe and upstart young teen that the Washington Nationals very good barometer for them as they move forward. Catch all your nationals coverage right here on CS and Washington dot com and mark's blog nets and an outcome thanks for watching. She -- in Washington dot com.
