Csnwashington.com. I would March Madness approaching there's plenty of excitement in the world in college hoops. As teams on the bubble they look to make a push for a NCAA tournament Benson who's in who's out. For that we -- to rob Carlin anime is a thing until about college hoops. For more college basketball and joined by bestselling author John Feinstein John let's talk NCAA turner and periods and we start in the ACC Duke and North Carolina obviously in. And you look at Florida State Virginia Miami. Are we looking at five bids maximum for the ACC. I still think at NC state might be able to sneak in -- as a bad loss for them Saturday clients in dropping in the 500 in the league. But if they can win a couple of games in the ACC tournament they're non conference schedule strong enough. That they might sneak in their Miami I think still has work to do to in spite of -- win over Florida State nineteen to top four. Duke Carolina Florida State Virginia are all in and playing proceeding right now. Maryland's obviously not going to be a turn into an issue that a bad loss this week and at Georgia Tech is in last place. But are they and I -- team in your eyes. You know that's a very good question because Maryland has beaten the teams are supposed to be but they haven't gotten any kind of real signature win. And I think it's going to come down to the ACC tournament for them can they win a game and they at least get to Friday. I think they're going to have to do at least that if they were to get to Saturday the semifinals. Certainly did at least being in nineteen team and of course you're right the only way they get back to the NCAA this year would be to win four games in Atlanta. -- -- jump over and out of the CAA it's been an exciting race all season. Great game the other night and Richmond VCU and George Mason Drexel got that one seed how many bids do you think this conference gets this year. Well I think Drexel has to be in the basketball tournament the NCAA tournament into regardless of what happens in Richmond this weekend I think Virginia commonwealth much like last year. Could be in position to get have been if they get to the final and no matter what the committee says about how last year's results don't matter. You know the committee tells you that sun's gonna rise in the east at the western horizon. So I think BC's performance last year could help them George Mason though because of the two losses this last week. Is going to have to win the -- minister wanna get to the NCAA it's John who makes the cut this week's -- five. Well in the top two I haven't changed for weeks Kentucky one Syracuse to Kansas with that remarkable win over Missouri moves up to three. Duke is Warren Michigan State which is closing fast as a possible number one seed is number five CSN Washington dot com.
