CSN Washington dot com. That NFL draft is around the corner we're talking redskins' needs heading into the draft I'm Jennifer Williams alongside rich Chandler. Rich what you think is the greatest need on offense well. Obviously this has been for tiger -- and has been quarterback. Leads apparently Redskins have a plan to take care of that with the second pick in the draft. Probably Robert Griffin the third so biggest need blume book about fifteen mention of the graph will be taking care of tech. Off the Twitter I had a pretty interesting comment. So once said that they needed a backup QB what do you think about maybe some insurance. You know is sound in addition to argue -- Well the other is Rex Grossman a contract as John back there's Jonathan -- and but if you can't tell me that somebody in the draft fourth fifth sixth round. Might be able to come in might be able to to improve on that. To give them more depth there and giving some reserve for the future. I'll wouldn't be surprised to see him take someone there in fact. I'll be surprised -- take a running back or wide receiver there. And it is somewhere in the middle rounds simply because there's really nobody on the air that is guaranteed a spot on the team you know -- oyster. Had a couple hundred yard games late last year. No guarantee that did you know that certainly I'm guaranteed roster spot so. I think he wouldn't hesitate to upgrade if any of the office of skill positions including back up quarterbacks. Right it's. All about stats. And you know we talked about quarterback what -- a little depth on the offensive line who's gonna protect the quarterback Jammal Brown. You know he's been injured he got injured during mormons -- for the Patriots game he might it may be back he might not what do you think about getting some depth on the offensive line. Yeah I think that's where we go with that with the number kidding me really is offensive line. -- there's -- right tackle to replace Jammal Brown whether it's in depth anywhere up and down maligned but I think ideally. What you would do the way they go to next year is if Jammal Brown is healthy enough to start that's a big gift. But if he can make it through the season is tell you have to play and play effectively. Draft somebody in the third fourth maybe the fifth round. Who is capable of competing for that job let him -- that would goalie Smith who was a good stories undrafted free agent last year. But you know certainly hasn't proven he can do it so. You know go with Jammal Brown this year draft somebody else let him battle now Willie Smith -- -- third 2013 with a good view young right tackle. Furyk thanks so much for stopping by were going to be talking defense in our next city -- And don't forget keep it locked on CSN Washington dot com for all your draft coverage.
