You know we talked to Ryan Grant this morning. And he said he was surprised took him so long to find employment in the NFL given his resume. That said he says he's very excited about the opportunity and the reason you like the Redskins was because of Robert Griffin the third -- young team on the upswing. And he also was very comfortable and Mike Shanahan zone blocking scheme. That was some that was run early on early in his days in Green Bay so he feels to be able to adjust seamlessly. Europe.
