CSN Washington dot com. I don't. -- -- Welcome to -- OT presented by Morgan Franklin I'm Kellie Cowan -- by -- capitals insider -- Gormley temple get right into things with a pivotal play of the week. What has to be Saturday night's game the caps are leading one nothing. The Florida Panthers are on the power play have a chance to tie the score. They send the puck down the ice and they go for a line change Braden -- takes the puck and fires at a 110 feet. Detroit Broward he's got a cheating on the Blue Line here takes it and blasted past Jose Theodore so I think that has to be a key play and -- game. The Panthers score on that power play to 11 game who knows where that goes I'll tell you what when -- hope he can do that and not only a few goaltenders in the league who can. That's a huge moment in that game and it really Spurs a five nothing when that takes the capitals really where they need to go with this next step. That -- certainly a confidence builder for the capitals another thing that we saw in the game Alex Ovechkin finally scoring on the five on five. Well it's nice Asik has Alex not only did he score on the five on five birdies -- from the right side. Which is something that I think Adam oh it's really wants he wants and they get acclimated to that right side it comes off the face off. So the one thing that Alex I talked him about this today. He semen that in a different way coming down the left side for his entire career he -- certain areas of the that there were open now. On the right side he's seen other areas and he's learning how to shoot against goaltenders this sounds crazy but -- guy he -- as often as he does he needs it. Think differently and see differently. And I think with a guy like Mike Ribeiro centering him he's seeing looks that he's never seen before. And he's starting to put the puck in the net a lot of pressure was on him early in the season I think he's he's finally feeling it. And I think you're gonna see him. Score a lot of goals off that right Rusch and he's handling the puck he's loving life right now because it was hard in the beginning but he's starting to really get -- made it. Finally nice to see that aha moment from Alex Ovechkin this -- caps and T presented by Morgan Franklin. CSN Washington dot com.
