CSN Washington dot com. I'm busy this weekend but you've got to be really busy as the as the commissioner of this league and what to -- this tournament and your conference body capital together. I've got a lot of good people around me that's the secret to it any. Successful organization I think we've got great people great schools and it's an exciting week in -- -- and we have Christmas meetings and a number of other meetings related to the league as well as a lot of basketball. And a lot of -- that this in which were honoring our our legends from the class. It's a much to do with that history and tradition of ACC basketball. -- been part of this conference for so long but obviously it's changing and you get Notre Dame coming in. Is there part of you a bittersweet part we -- this is not our grandfathers conference anymore. Well I wouldn't call it bittersweet that gave -- great respect for the tradition and what this conference's you know over the years ago that I grew up with it and then worked in it my first job was. You the -- worked -- North Carolina have a brother like football you cap related North Carolina. So so my entire life. Watching college sports. And professionally. As any in the Atlantic Coast Conference there's a special place in my heart for it beyond the national. Working aspect. And now say yeah I have a great respect for. Seven member league -- -- member -- and and member league we've also I've also been a part of it it's been eleven in Wales. And now will be fifteen so. You know why you respect. The past I have I think you have to plan and adjust. For the future and I think that's what this league has done here we're well. What about the at the anticipation of that -- the the Notre Dame Syracuse is coming to the conference and how it will change how will look and this new relationship. Well I think it's really exciting. First of all we -- when you bring in schools of equality. Of those schools. Pitt and Syracuse and Notre Dame now all coming at you out of the first of this year. And taken -- to a fifteen member conference and then movable. Seamlessly in the Guillen as Maryland. Exits. I think it's really exciting to have that these schools coming in. Thanks exciting for fans and you want to maintain as much of the traditional. Competitiveness that that you have in the travel reasons you have for the past but I think it's exciting to sort of supplement that with. There's quality programs coming in with a forty schools. Richard thank you very much appreciate that you wrote. CSN Washington dot com.
